Since Bloom & Flow specializes in digital products for self-development, organization, and wellness, our delivery process is instant, elegant, and eco-friendly.
1. Instant Delivery & Fulfillment
- No Physical Shipping: All items purchased from Bloom & Flow are instant digital downloads. You will not receive any physical package, tracking number, or item via mail.
- Instant Access: Immediately after your purchase is confirmed and payment is processed, you will receive two things:
- A confirmation email containing the secure link(s) to download your product(s) (e.g., eBooks, PDF planners, Notion templates, or course videos).
- The download link(s) will also be displayed directly on the Order Confirmation Page in your browser.
2. Delivery Timing
- Delivery is typically completed within 5 to 10 minutes of placing your order.
- If your purchase involves a large file (such as a full video mini-course or large bundled package), the download link will be available instantly, but the time it takes to save the file to your device may vary depending on your internet connection.
- 3. Troubleshooting & Support
- We guarantee the delivery of all purchased digital files. If you do not receive your download links within one hour of purchase, please take the following steps:
- Check Spam/Junk Folder: Delivery emails sometimes land in these folders, especially for first-time customers.
- Verify Email: Ensure you used the correct email address during checkout.
- If you still cannot locate your files, please contact our support team immediately with your Order Number at mahroum.medsoufiane@gmail.com. We will manually verify your purchase and send you a new secure download link right away.
